As a trainee at Maxxton, you will be part of an international company with customers within Europe and colleagues from the Netherlands, France, and India.

You will work in the Customer Success department and get to know our Maxxton software, our way of working, and our customers in the leisure industry. In theory, of course, but mainly in practice. Each Customer Success team is self-managing and is formed by colleagues from different countries and with different areas of expertise. The teams are in daily contact with our customers to provide support in solving all kinds of challenges.

You will learn to think along with our customers and advise them in optimising or setting up their business processes. The more experience you gain, the more patterns you will see and the more you will be able to share your knowledge and vision. This way, during the implementation for new customers or of new functionalities of our software, you can make sure that our customers can use the full potential of Maxxton Software.

During your learning process, you will be supervised by experienced colleagues. There is also room to follow training courses to develop yourself personally and professionally.

What you will learn:

• Prioritise, be flexible, and adapt quickly
• What it is like to be at the centre of a dynamic international playing field and to represent the interests of all parties involved
• How a software implementation works and how to supervise a consultancy project

Characteristics of our Maxxton Consultancy Trainee:

• University degree in e.g. Business IT & Management, Information Science, Finance, Business Administration, Change Management or Supply Chain Management
• Hands-on, no-nonsense mentality
• Energetic personality able to deliver results quickly
• Analytical skills combined with pragmatism
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
